At Trinity Dental Equipment, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return policy before making a purchase.

Returns

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible products that meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation are included.
  • The product shows no signs of wear, damage, modification, or misuse.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued by Trinity Dental Equipment prior to return shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been installed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Custom-order or special-order products.
  • Consumable items and supplies.
  • Clearance, discontinued, or final-sale products.
  • Products returned without prior authorization.

Return Authorization

Before returning any product, customers must contact Trinity Dental Equipment to obtain an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Product name and model
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a product defect upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Trinity Dental Equipment is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
